How long does Pro take to publish?+

5 to 7 business days. Larger conferences need more processing and QA. Your producer gives you a precise date once we receive the files.

How is Pro different from Standard?+

Pro covers up to 3,500 minutes (around 50 sessions). Standard covers up to 1,200 minutes. Pro adds 24 months of hosting (vs 12), topic-based collections, sponsor reporting, deeper branding, and a dedicated producer.

Can we host it on our own domain?+

Yes. Pro includes setup of a custom subdomain on your domain (videos.yourconference.com) at no extra cost.

What languages do you support?+

English and Hebrew at full quality. Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Arabic with translation. Multi-language site available on request.

What happens after 24 months?+

Renew hosting for $400 per year, archive the site as a static export, or move to a Studio subscription that covers ongoing hosting plus future events.

Can we get the data behind the dashboard?+

Yes. Sponsor reporting is exportable as CSV for renewal conversations. Custom reports available on request.

Do you store the videos?+

No. Videos stay on YouTube or a service of your choice. Showroom embeds them. Your content stays in your control.
