How long does it take?+

48 hours from when we receive your recordings. Approval and edits add 1 to 2 days.

How is Starter different from Standard?+

Starter covers up to 360 minutes (6 sessions). Standard covers up to 1,200 minutes (around 20 sessions) for $1,500. If you have more than 6 sessions, Standard is more cost-effective.

What languages do you support?+

English and Hebrew at full quality. Other languages with translation on request.

Can we host it on our own domain?+

Custom subdomain (videos.yourevent.com) is available on request, no extra cost.

What happens after 12 months?+

Renew hosting for $200, archive the site as a static export, or upgrade to a subscription that covers ongoing hosting plus future events.

Do you store the videos?+

No. Videos stay on YouTube or a service of your choice. Showroom embeds them. Your content stays in your control.
