Creatives & Conversions x Speechbox

Creatives & Conversions is the flagship event of Growth Marketing Pros, the Israeli community for growth and creative marketers. The third Tel Aviv edition filled the Smolarz Auditorium at Tel Aviv University on June 4, 2026, with more than twenty speakers and a room full of the marketers who run paid, creative, and growth for the country's fastest-moving tech companies. After the lights came up, Growth Marketing Pros ran nine of the keynote sessions through Speechbox Prism. From 145 minutes of stage content, Prism produced 405 social-ready assets and a personal Speaker Kit for every session.

About Growth Marketing Pros

Growth Marketing Pros is more than a professional network. Founded by Roy Naar, it is a community where experienced marketing leaders connect through conversations, shared challenges, and in-person events. Creatives & Conversions is its signature gathering, billed as the number one event for growth and creative marketing, built on real case studies and fresh perspectives rather than vendor pitches. The 2026 Tel Aviv edition featured speakers from some of Israel's most recognized brands, presenting in Hebrew to a live audience of practitioners.

The Challenge

A community event has a specific version of the problem every conference faces. The talks are excellent, the room is full, and for one day the content is everywhere. Then it is gone. The speakers, who are senior marketers themselves, want their moment on stage to keep working for them. The community wants a reason to stay engaged between events. And the organizing team is small, so producing polished, per-speaker content by hand for twenty-plus sessions was never realistic.

Growth Marketing Pros needed each speaker to walk away with content they would actually publish, and it needed a steady stream of assets to keep the community warm long after June 4. Doing that in Hebrew, across nine sessions, without a full production team, is exactly the work that usually gets skipped.

The Solution

After the event, Growth Marketing Pros uploaded nine keynote sessions to Speechbox Prism. Prism transcribed each Hebrew session, detected the speakers, and generated a full set of marketing assets from every talk: highlight clips, designed quote cards, social posts, thread hooks, articles, and more. In total, Prism turned 145 minutes of raw stage footage into 405 social-ready assets.

In parallel, each session became a personal Speaker Kit. Every speaker received their own bundle, their highlights, their quotes, and their social cuts, ready to post to their own audience. Instead of a small team editing twenty talks by hand over the following weeks, the content was assembled from the recordings and put in the speakers' hands as a finished library.

Results

Nine sessions produced nine Speaker Kits and 405 social-ready assets from 145 minutes of stage content. The speakers got material they could publish under their own names, and the community got weeks of content to keep the conversation going after the room emptied. The work that a small team could never have produced by hand became a by-product of the event itself.

In their words
For years, our speakers gave their best material on stage and it disappeared the next day. This time every session came back as a kit they could actually post, and the content kept working for the community long after everyone went home.
