Keshev x Speechbox

Keshev, the Israeli Association for ADHD, held its 14th annual conference, "ADHD Alert: From Trauma to Recovery," on May 27, 2026. It ran online for a full day, from morning to night, with twenty-two sessions of lectures, professional panels, and personal stories from some of the country's leading psychiatrists and researchers. After the event, Keshev ran the entire program through Speechbox Prism. From 552 minutes of expert content, Prism produced 950 social-ready assets.

About Keshev

Keshev, known in Hebrew as קווים ומחשבות (Lines and Thoughts), is the Israeli Association for ADHD. Founded in 2007, it works to be a responsible and current address for everything related to attention deficit disorder: expanding public and professional knowledge, promoting research, advancing legislation, and giving families practical tools for daily life. The association is powered by dozens of volunteer professionals, physicians, psychologists, educators, and social workers, and is led by its CEO, Iris Shani.

The Challenge

The annual conference is the association's flagship moment. In 2026 it brought together experts including Prof. Eyal Fruchter, Prof. Gil Zaltzman, and Dr. Gilad Bodenhimer for a full day of talks on ADHD, trauma, anxiety, addiction, and recovery. The problem is the one every content-rich event faces, only sharper for a nonprofit: the value is real, but it is locked inside nine hours of recordings that almost no one will watch end to end.

Keshev's mission is to spread reliable ADHD knowledge as widely as possible. A small team of volunteers had no realistic way to hand-cut twenty-two Hebrew sessions into the kind of short, shareable pieces that actually reach parents, patients, and professionals scrolling their feeds. Without that, a year of expert insight would live for one day and then sit in an archive.

The Solution

Keshev uploaded all twenty-two conference sessions to Speechbox Prism. Prism transcribed each Hebrew session, identified the speakers, and generated a full set of marketing assets from every talk: highlight clips, designed quote cards, social posts, articles, and more. In total, it turned 552 minutes of raw conference footage into 950 social-ready assets, roughly forty-five pieces of content per session.

For an organization whose goal is awareness, this changed the math. Instead of one long recording per expert, the association had a deep library of short, on-message pieces it could publish across the year, each one carrying a piece of the conference's knowledge to a new audience.

A Year-Round Media Center

Speechbox also gave Keshev a private, Netflix-style Media Center for the conference. All twenty-two sessions live in one branded hub, organized by topic and by speaker and fully searchable, so a parent looking for the sessions on sleep and ADHD, or a professional looking for the public-policy panel, can find the exact talk in seconds. The hub carries the association's sponsors and a banner promoting the next annual conference, turning a single day of programming into a permanent destination that keeps working for the mission, and for next year's registration, all year long.

Results

Twenty-two sessions and 552 minutes of expert content became 950 social-ready assets and a permanent Media Center. A single day of programming turned into a year's worth of material, and a lasting home for it, for a nonprofit that runs on volunteers. The work a small team could never have produced by hand became a by-product of the conference itself, and the association's core mission, spreading reliable ADHD knowledge, got a much larger stage.

In their words
A full day of expert talks is not something people sit down and watch. Speechbox turned all twenty-two sessions into hundreds of short, shareable pieces we could use to reach families year-round, content that does its job instead of sitting in an archive.
